European Society for Health and Medical Sociology - ESHMS

Oslo University College, Norway, 28-30 August 2008

Health and Wealth in East and West: Divergence and Convergence in Europe

Sponsors: The Research Council of Norway and Oslo University College.

The main theme of the congress is recent social and economic changes affecting health and health care in European countries, with a specific focus on the East/West divide as well as on social disparities within the two parts of Europe.

There will be Oral presentations and Poster presentations
